1General Provisions
bz880 ("we", "our", "platform") is a provider of online gaming and betting services. In this agreement, "user", "you", or "member" refers to any person who uses the bz880 website or services.
These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These three documents together form the complete agreement between you and bz880.

2Eligibility & Age Requirement
To use bz880's services, the following conditions must be met:

3Account Registration & Management
3.1 Registration Process
To create an account on bz880, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incomplete information may be cancelled immediately.
3.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be confiscated and all funds in them may be seized.
3.3 Account Security
Keeping your login credentials (password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. bz880 will never ask for your password by phone or email. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
We may request documents for identity verification at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued ID may need to be submitted. bz880 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.
4Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods
We support the following methods for depositing funds into bz880: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No deposit methods other than these four are accepted.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method). The mobile number registered with your account must be used for every transaction.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawn funds will be sent only to the mobile banking account that was used to make the deposit.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Before processing a withdrawal, we verify that there is no active bonus wagering in progress on the account. If any conditions are not met, the withdrawal may be temporarily held. If fraud is suspected, payment may be delayed or cancelled.
Important: Minimum deposit ৳500 and minimum withdrawal ৳800. Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
5Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
bz880 offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- An account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
- bz880 reserves the right to change or withdraw the terms of any bonus offer at any time.
- Any attempt to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in all such accounts being cancelled.
5.4 VIP Program
bz880's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.6% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). Through regular and active play, you can advance to higher tiers.
6Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
bz880 is committed to ensuring a fully transparent and fair gaming environment. Our platform uses SSL encryption and all game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG).
6.2 Betting Restrictions
- Bet limits may vary by game and market and are subject to change at any time.
- If unusual profits are made by exploiting any technical error, those winnings will be voided.
- For sports betting, only bets confirmed before an event begins will be considered valid.
- Any method of placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
6.3 Faulty Games
If incorrect results are displayed due to a software or hardware error, bz880 reserves the right to void that round or bet. In such cases, deposited funds will be refunded but any winnings claims will be considered void.
7Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bz880 platform:
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to operate games or betting.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or other unlawful financial activities.
- Fraudulent conduct toward other users or organized collusion.
- Attempting to intrude into the system, hacking, or probing for vulnerabilities.
- Attempting to gain bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
- Operating an account using another person's identity.
- Harassing, insulting, or threatening other users.
If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately and all funds in the account may be forfeited.
8Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 bz880's Rights
bz880 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms.
- Submission of false information or forged documents.
- Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
- No activity on the account for an extended period of time.
8.2 Closure at User's Request
If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before closure; however, any active bonus that has not met its conditions will be cancelled.
9Privacy & Data Protection

10Limitation of Liability

11Dispute Resolution
